ALUMINUM PRECAUTIONS LABELS AND BROCHURES LABELS
In conjunction with various aluminum cooling system component manufacturers, NARSA has developed the Aluminum System Precautions Label, designed to be placed on every new aluminum component before packaging or installation. The label provides the installer with information and instructions regarding proper cooling system preparation prior to component installation. Prior to installation of the component, the installer is to remove the bottom half of the label and attach that portion to the customers’ invoice copy. This will show the vehicle owner that the proper steps have been taken to ensure a successful repair of the cooling system. The label is printed on heat resistant vinyl stock and has been UV coated to prevent fading. The material and coating are designed to make the label last for the life of the component.

Aluminum Cooling Systems: Is the Technology a Benefit or a Headache? This brochure contains information on the proper maintenance of your customer’s vehicle aluminum cooling system. It provides information on system maintenance, improved performance, the right coolant to use, two-year versus five-year maintenance, acid or alkali, electrolysis, repair, cleaning, damage repair, and core replacement. This pamphlet helps you educate your customers on the
value of using a NARSA Cooling System Specialist. It
emphasizes the importance of regular maintenance and the
most common warning signs of cooling system trouble
including what to do if your vehicle overheats. Also
detailed are the many reasons for using a NARSA member
shop and how it will save the customer time and money.
A position on the back of the pamphlet has been intentionally
left open to allow you to either stamp your shop name or
